The Love/Hate Relationship

The Sun and the Moon

As an Astrologer, I have a love/hate relationship with Astrology.

Most of the time, it accurately represents the events that occur in peoples' lives and helps to bring out many of the unconscious reasons for those events -- I love that.

What I hate is, if we are not careful, we can become addicted and obsessed with mindlessly over-examining the events in our lives, instead of knowing ourselves within.

I use Astrology as a reference, a tool, to remind me of the connection between our inner emotional and mental states and the outer world of time and space.

Astrology reminds me that a genuine plan is in place and timing is a big part of that plan.

To predict, or forecast, with absolute certainty, is a perverted use of Astrology as a tool. Yes, predicting is part of Astrology's seduction, but it usually promises more than it can ever deliver.

We all hope for the best and in our mind and imagination, we expect the worst.  Usually, they both are exaggerated.

Life happens and we are best served to look within and witness our emotions, feelings, and thoughts to see how they form our experiences.

It is always best to examine ourselves and leave Astrology as merely a validation of our experience, not as a guarantee of any direct promises.

We are scheduling Astrology readings for 2015.  Call 352-299-5632 for your personalized consultation today.
